About Us

Villa Karmen is an large family Villa located in a small village of Žikovići only 10 km from Poreč. The Villa can accommodate up to 12 persons and it is ideal for large groups or families. It has 5 bedrooms which 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs plus one big sofa bed for 2 more people, 4 bathrooms which 3 are ensuite and 1 big downstairs with bath.Villa Karmen has fully equipped kitchen and large living room with indor dinner table for 12 persons.For the kids there are 2 baby cots and 2 baby stools,and for bigger ones PlayStation 5 and Xbox One with Kinect so the whole family can play and spend time together.
